If you are not able to login to Setera Softphone, please check following troubleshooting tips:
- Make sure that server address and user credentials are correct
- Server address: https://onecloud.setera.com
- Username: usually in format firstname.lastname@company.com (domain can be different than your e-mail address domain)
- Password is correct. You can reset your password from here: https://onecloud.setera.com/forgot-pwd
2. Make sure that you have Softphone License enabled.
If you are not sure about this, you can ask it from your IT-Support / Technical contact person from your company, or from your local Setera Customer Service
3. Make sure that the network you are using has firewall settings according to the Setera firewall document.
