If you need to install your Setera OneCloud mobile client again, for example in to new phone, you will need to get configuration link with e-mail or SMS.
If you want to send new configuration SMS to you from your own Setera OneCloud portal, follow these steps:
1) Login to https://onecloud.setera.com (if you don't know your credentials, please contact your organization admin or Setera Support (contact details here)
- Go to Home -> Applications -> Resend installation SMS
Or if you don't have access to this portal, your organization admin or Setera Support can send you new installation message via E-mail or SMS.
